"Hotel is under renovation which wasn't mentioned when booking. Deadbolt on door was broken, bottom towel rod in bathroom hanging off, TV wasn't mounted all cords hanging out of wall. Lamps didn't work, staff couldn't send extra coffee pods (sent a bag of grounds) due to out of stock. Staff responded "your room was recently renovated so should be good. "
