"The B&B is in a lovely lush garden. House is tastefully renovated with lots of originals features. Rooms are spacious and clean (with water bottles and a hair dryer ). Parking is safe inside the garden. The owner was very attentive and helpful. We would be very happy to come back. "

"L alloggio è molto comodo per visitare Grado, che dista solo un'ora di distanza. Trieste 1,5 ore. Se ci fossero delle pentole sarebbe ancora meglio, così si potrebbe decidere se mangiare fuori o a casa. La colazione è abbastanza abbondante e viene servita con un cestino lasciato dai proprietari fuori dalla porta, è un'ottima idea. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo molto buona. "

"Il personale della reception è del ristorante sono molto gentili. Le camere sono confortevoli, c è l ascensore , e per chi arriva in treno l’albergo è perfetto perché dista pochi isolati dalla stazione, perciò comodo perché Codroipo non ha taxi e i bus pubblici (fantasmi?) sono per studenti o lavoratori che già conoscono “tutto” e non ci sono segnalazioni. "Amazing place to stay. The Food and the ranch property were the highlight of the stay. Horses, cows, lambs, chickens and more were all on the property. Lot of room to just stroll along the grounds. Nice pool with a bar. The food was fantastic. The staff, including the owners were very attentive and helpful. They made us feel like family. The rooms were nothing special but they were clean and had a really nice balcony with grape vine roof. The gardens were beautiful and relaxing. We will be back....
