When I checked in the girls noticed my mother was in a wheelchair and changed me to a room that better assists her and a balcony! I wasn't even going ask. Thank you. "Staff were very helpful, stayed late to let us in after our flight was delayed, called a taxi for us and gave suggestions for restaurants. They responded right away to our emails. Hotel was well located and very clean with a nice outdoor patio and common living room. We would definitely recommend it and we will stay there again. "
