"We had a really enjoyable three night stay at the Grand Mercure. Everything was more than we could have wished for. We were given a room upgrade on arrival. The staff were all really friendly and spoke a decent level of English. And the breakfast was really good. We would happily stay here again if we return to Xi’an."

Breakfast was decent. Free washer& dryer was awesome! Would have liked to borrow a steamer to keep in the room for daily use, only had 1 large steamer which is located in the laundry room. But otherwise, a good stay. Rooms are pretty soundproof."

"Overall it was a great xp, room was very clean and smelled fresh when I entered. Breakfast was great and comprehensive. Staff was helpful and courteous. The only caveat for me was the insufficient lighting in the vanity area. I could not see myself well in the mirror with all the dark and back lighting. Otherwise great job"
