"The front desk was poorly staffed, it took forever to check in both times and we never got the view we requested when we made the reservation, which was city view. The restaurant food was terrible, STAY AWAY from that restaurant!"

"Hotel is located in a central area, close to restaurants and pedestrian shopping mall. Room was clean, had all necessary amenities for short stay. Common areas are well maintained. Breakfast area is very pretty and breakfast quality is good ( provided it’s included in the rate nature). There is wonderful steak house downstairs in the same building ( butt separate from the hotel, not part of Principado. Would highly recommend for dinner). Overall, for short stay ( like pre-cruise, as in our case) I would not hesitate to stay here again."
