"Hotel is located in a central area, close to restaurants and pedestrian shopping mall. Room was clean, had all necessary amenities for short stay. Common areas are well maintained. Breakfast area is very pretty and breakfast quality is good ( provided it’s included in the rate nature). There is wonderful steak house downstairs in the same building ( butt separate from the hotel, not part of Principado. Would highly recommend for dinner). Overall, for short stay ( like pre-cruise, as in our case) I would not hesitate to stay here again."
"Truly a five star experience. We arrived early after a 9 hour flight, and they let us use a cabin in the pool/spa area to shower and change clothes. Then they stored our luggage until our room was ready, so we got a head start in enjoying Buenos Aires. The restaurant is excellent Italian quisine."
"I would not recommend this hotel. The location is good but it is very old and almost all the rooms had a strange potent smell.
Staff are very rude. It is a tour bus hotel so I think they have a very bad time with customers and take it out on everyone."
