"Well let’s just say our room looked nothing like the one that appears on the website. We stayed in room 203 and it was disgusting. First of all the smell. It stank. Like mould and a Red Cross shop. The carpet was threadbare. All the furnishings were old as. The old purple titled bathroom so incredibly gross. Our room overlooked the car park with a glimpse of the harbour. As such the lights from the car park shone through the inadequate curtains so sleeping was near impossible too. Would never stay in this hotel again. "
"Staff were friendly as always, but a number of issues: tv service out for all channels, fold out bed very difficult to move & set up, door to balcony difficult to open, (no a/c in bedroom). Eventually opened door to allow a/c to flow through (not good for privacy) & some leakage at back of toilet. "
