"The room was poorly maintained the ceiling leaked the towels looked stained and dirty the AC seemed like it didn’t work the the door sensor was lose so I figured out pushing it together.the staff was very disconnected from the guest with them all saying they didn’t speak English, calling front desk was useless because they never answered the phone. Party vibe is good only if you speak Spanish all around disappointed birthday week "
"Ocean Blue & Sand is an amazing place to stay!! The steak house and the Japanese restaurant were out of this world! The staff and all the local people were so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend going to this resort!"

"Majestic mirage was so beautiful. From the butler and the staff and entertainment team everyone was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned at all times of the day. Food was very good also. You will not be disappointed. You will have a great time going here"
"Restaurants are good. Just the reservation system needs to be improved - you need to line up at the booking desk between 9am-4pm to make reservation. Many guests don't look at the menu before lining up. They browsed through the menus at the desk one by one and then decide which restaurant to reserve on which night. This makes the wait time very long. They should implement reservation using their Melia App. And you may not be able to go to certain restaurants during your stay because their capacity and open hours are not enough to fulfill all the requests. The nightly entertainment was a big plus for our stay. However the day programs are not always on time. Sometimes you just wonder if it will "happen" or has been cancelled. The resort has a great courtesy allowing us who have a late flight to use their facilities and buffet after checking out. We enjoy ourselves a couple more hours before heading to the airport."
"The property and staff are excellent, no complaints whatsoever. The only negative thing I have to say is the food at the buffet stations are quite cold even if you go at the opening time."
