"Great hotel in a very good location with access to everything Pattaya has to offer right outside your door. Kids took over the pool when I was there which was my only complaint as I was hoping for a quiet beer by the pool. It wasn't a holiday killer but I wasn't expecting so many young families. So if your a single traveller like me and the pool is not a priority then the place is great. Also family friendly "
"Immaculately clean and comfortable. Gracious staff. Perfect location. No beach anywhere in the region, but wonderful ocean and city views from our room. It was great watching the tide come in and out, looking at the fishing boats and village life from up high was a real treat. The food was good, not great. Everything else was 10/10. "Dusit Thani Pattaya hotel is aged hotel building, carpets on floor in hall way and rooms are filthy and smelling, Bathroom fittings are aged too, staff not speak English or understand English, kitchen staff not accommodating when requesting vegetarian or special request. Did request to speak to general manager of hotel was informed by reception staff not available as busy.
Unable to relax as noises heard by other people walking in hallway and not a place to relax either "
