"This is my second stay and the last stay at this hotel the hotel pathway some carpet was rip off and this hotel building soundproofing was very terrible bathroom and bathtub not really clean."
"Hotel is old and rundown not at all a five star experience. You cannot control the AC, it’s a fixed temperature. We had engineers and housekeeping coming. They pretended it was fine but it never got below 23C. Staff seemed sterile and clinical in your dealing, but also seemed a little bit terrified at the same time. The one bright spot was the housekeeper who was cheery and very helpful."
