"Ann from the front desk was absolutely amazing. She coordinated our activities and a car service to Sapa. She also helped us order food after room service had closed. She even paid for the delivery and allowed me to pay her in the morning. I cannot express how much I appreciated her wonderful service. I will return because of her dedication to taking care of her guests. 10 stars!!!!!!
