"This is old Novotel, it's being refitted and now run by Hyatt ... It's got good bones but it's but old and tired. Hopefully the Hyatt will make it great. I checked in at 5am and they gave me a room and allowed me to leave next morning later which was great. There service is really good here and the shuttle from the airport is the best, and it is the asiest hotel for doing transit."
"Not very pleased - pressing iron in the room
There was no shower curtain, each time I bathe, water was on the floor. I had to clean it up. Microwave was not in the room, back and forth from my room to the lobby to heat up my meals."
