"Loved the location and the room was very spacious and nice. However on the weekends they have a restaurant with live music and you can hear it as if you were in the restaurant but in your room. It was very loud and i really couldn't sleep ( keep in mid i love live music, but in your room you need a different atmosphere) Additionally on the other nights there was not music but you could hear everything from the restaurant like; dragging of chairs and cleaning. it was very noisy and i was never able to get any rest. I had already paid for the rooms otherwise i would have moved because i felt there was so much noise.
For a vip hotel i didn't feel the staff was as friendly as I've seen in other vip hotels. The bellboys were very friendly and probably had the best customer service. Lastly, i wouldn't pay for the breakfast it was very basic and you could definitely get something better around the area, i was expecting better quality.
The rooftop restaurant staff was excellent and the drinks form there were very good, i do recommend going to the rooftop bar."
"While a few staff members were friendly and helpful, overall the level of hospitality and guest service did not meet expectations. Many employees did not appear welcoming or attentive toward guests.
Additionally, the food prices were quite high considering that the presentation and overall quality did not reflect the cost. Due to this experience, on the final day of our stay we chose to dine outside of the hotel.

"We didn’t pay for the breakfast buffet but the coffee shop in the lobby was fine. No breakfast options. Just pastries and sandwiches.
The room could use a refresh. Very out dated. Lots of mold around the room. Was there for a business trip so didn’t spend alot of time in the room but it was still there.
The parking lot was excellent and very convent. It was why we stayed there. Not a bad spot just needs some updates. "
