"The hotel and staff were excellent very friendly and helpful I did not enjoy the breakfast buffet the food was cold and flat (no flavor) they could do better with that other than that the dinner menu was excellent and I enjoyed my stay "
"well yes and no..I am a native New Yorker used to eggs and bacon etc..they have eggs and bacon, but alternate, one day scrambled egg and bacon, one day fried eggs sunny side up with local sausage, but remember Domicans breakfast is different then American, you have to understand, and its a lot more healthy, lots of fruits..i just regret them not having orange juice, but its a small detail..The only negative i can give with breakfast is staff in breakfast shift dont smile at you or dont even come to ask if everything is ok.When i go to Punta Cana or Romana staff always have a smile..But the smiles of front staff, like Patricia and Orlando make up for it,as well as the cleaning lady on my floor and the evening staff at bar,Fabian,Evangelina,Rosabel and Carolina..Morning breakfast staff are like zombies, sorry but true"
