10/10 Excellent
"Everything was perfect. We own a cleaning company so when traveling or staycationing we check the beds for bedbugs, lice and any other critters. Everything was pristine. I also let the phone staff know we were staying for my wife’s birthday and requested a higher room and they did say they couldn’t guarantee that but not only did they give us a higher floor they gave us a corner room also! Probably on of the best views in the building. Thank you for that. The area is also less congested than other parts of downtown. There’s SOME street parking nearby. Walkable distance to 7Eleven, Whole Foods and Jewel. Love this boutique hotel better than the large chain ones. Customer service was also great. We will be back. "
"This Hilton is outdated. There is rust and pealing paint throughout the rooms; especially in the bathrooms. The linen and towels were stained. This is too much for the price and choice of $62 (off-site) and $82 (on property) parking prices."
"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I prepaid for a Lake View room with two Queen beds, but the experience at check-in was deceptive and unprofessional.
Upon arrival, the front desk agent disappeared for 10 minutes to whisper with a colleague. He then claimed our room was ready, but we found ourselves in a room with much smaller beds. It felt like a deliberate attempt to see if we’d just "accept" a lower-tier room.
When I returned to the desk, I was told no Lake View Queens were available. Our only options were to stay in the cramped beds or move to a non-lake view room. Since we didn't fit in the smaller beds, we moved—effectively paying for a view we didn't get.
Management offered some food vouchers as compensation. Since we arrived late and were checking out the next morning, these were useless.
I even received an automated text from "Inderjeet" asking about my stay. I replied with these issues and received zero response.
After a five-hour flight, the last thing you want is to haggle for the room you already paid for. I expected much better from a Hilton brand."
"I’m very disappointed with my recent stay. Multiple essential services were not working properly, which significantly impacted my experience.
The phone signal and WiFi in the room were extremely poor, making it difficult to stay connected. The cable service in the room also did not work at all. Additionally, I was unable to access the Skydeck because it was down for maintenance, which was one of the amenities I was looking forward to.
Parking was also unexpectedly expensive at $100 per night, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. On top of that, I was informed that WiFi would be complimentary as a Marriott member, yet I was still charged $10 per night.
What was most frustrating, however, was the lack of support from the staff. Despite raising these concerns, there was little to no effort made to resolve the issues or offer any form of accommodation.
Given the number of inconveniences and the lack of resolution during my stay, I would appreciate a review of these charges and appropriate compensation."
