The staff were awesome. Great dinner in the restaurant, service and staff, but take your ear plugs at breakfast. "The location is really amazing！You can easily walk to HB station in like 7-8 mins. The hotel provides hot water, hot coffee and cool water for free at lobby for usage. The staff is helpful on accommodating room arrangement as we are a family that booked 2 rooms and they do serve at our best interest to arrange our room on same floor and close to each other
What is improvement needed is 1) Poor room air circulation - there is no AC, no ventilation so it is an induction system in the room. You can imagine it can be hot, especially in summer (while I am lucky as we visit at not too hot season). May be because of this, there are smell in the bathroom 2) Bug issue - There are many bugs found inside the room which is not pleasant at all (and it is not because we open windows as we do not open ...)"
