"The resort is wonderfully located. Overall our stay was ok. The staff was not attentive to the small things. Large wait times for service at meals.
The whole property could use some upgrades.
We usually stay at the Sarova Whitesands. I think we will be headed back there next year. "

"We stayed for 11 days at Neptune Paradise, we had amazing time, room and bathroom has really good size, spotless clean thanks to our cleaner Mohamood, whole resort is very clean and well looked after, good variety of food, something for everyone, staff very friendly and helpful. No shops in walking distance, if you want to stay in this hotel, make sure you bring everything you need with you.
Only negative thing is unfortunately the beach, big beautiful beach but you cant use it, as soon as you step on the beach you will be surrounded by bracelet ,safari etc sellers, even tho we said no multiple times they dont seem to understand and follow you everywhere you go, put us off from going to the beach. "
