"Hotel is in a perfect area. The resort is beautiful. They have a lot of restaurants. Nice sea overview. I had a swimup pool room, it was really nice. I only went in once. Was nice for the experience.
Hotel staff were very helpfull. Because I requested a late checkout but it was not possible anymore because of an arrival they had for that room they offered me a place to store my bags and the possibility to stay at the resort and/ shower because our flight was 7pm.
Only thing was that i checked in at 4pm but checkin time was 3pm and the room wasn’t ready yet. Normally i wouldn’t mind but we had a sunset cruise and we where running out of time. Thankfully we still made it in time. "

"Rooms were clean, pools were clean… staff was rather unfriendly, getting reservations at the restaurants was near impossible. Also, you share the resort with kids… not adults only other than your building. "
"The resort is breathtaking. But…. I must warn you that if you are the typical traveler that loves hotel rooms with Ac and Televisions like I am. This place is not for you.. if your looking for peace and tranquility than your in the right place. The openness of the rooms allows bugs and mosquitoes to come in. Yes your bed has a netting around it and they do equip you with a mosquito swatter and bug spray but you will get eaten alive…. Beautiful views and secluded from the outside world. If you’re looking to do excursions it’s pricey. Why? Because your so far away "
"Food was perfect. Healthy choices plus unhealthy choices for everyone . Perfect view ,very close to airport. Tight security so feels so safe. Staff were super friendly , every single staff member was so friendly and we enjoyed every day .
Entertainment was really nice .
The General Manager was very friendly and greeted us .
Drinks on arrival.
Check in was the best ever , super fast and comfortable. Sitting while checking into rooms and sipping on some St Lucia punch. Never had that experience before .
This is certainly my favorite out of 4 other hotels we have been to.
Gym is well equipped .

"The property was beautiful, hillside with great views. Walking to your room may be a challenge as it is very steep however they do offer shuttles up to your residence.
The beach is calm, beautiful with great waters.
The restaurants on the property are very expensive with sucky food, no real flavor, no good quality service even though they say it’s “luxury”. This property is not a luxury property even though they charge like one.
The pillows in our room were stained and so were the towels. A bit disappointed with this property. "
