"Arrived really early and got the room without a problem. Staff is very courteous. Stayed at this hotel before and its location is the best feature. The hotel needs some TLC since it looks and feels worn down. Doors do not close right; mattress is very uneven, and rooms are very basic. The AC control does not work. Again, location, location. "

I will be recommending this hotel to others who are planning a trip to Panama. It convenient and a 5minute walk to the El Dorado Mall. All the restaurants are withing walking distant and my family and I felt safe walking in the area.
Please add more English speaking channels to your TV Guide, a movie channel would be nice, not just CNN and Fox News.
