"The property is nice. The beach is amazing. That property has so much potential. The room are big and spacious. Can use better detailing and cleaning of the rooms. The pillows are the worse I’ve ever experienced. I requested two more pillows and they were just as bad. It felt like cotton balls all over the pillow. The staff was very nice s d accommodating. Thr food in the buffet was pretty good. They had a large variety and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was the best. There were one or two that had attitudes and didn’t seem to be very happy to be there. My biggest complaint was with the specialty restaurants. We had the Japanese, it was ok. Service was good, the food was “ok”. Then we had the Mexican , the little buffet they had was good. The entree ( fajitas) were awful. The meat was hard, tasteless and had a lot of fat. I had reservations for the Italian, but i decided not to go. The entertainment was great, the team did very well at the beach, pool and outdoor auditorium providing a fun time for all guests. The shows were fun and enjoyable. They should have some more music past 11:30 ( everything ends). The lobby staff were nice, but never had money to change to American dollar s in order to provide tips to their own staff. I know it’s not their fault, but they should pass it down to management. We took an excursion (Safari) from the hotel. It was a lot of fun. They worked hard to make it an enjoyable trip. The beach is so amazing, can’t say enough!"

"I was for some personal gestions. It was perfect for the price and location. 5 mts walk from the restaurants and bar near the area. Like 10mts walk to Los Soles. Really worked for me."

"This is a clean basic room. There was an issue with ZERO email update to get a passcode to get inside the room with an reception person at the front desk. Luckily, When I arrived there was an agent there to help hand me a key. Once inside the room ---Everything else went smoothly"

"Todo en muy mal estado, con plaga de cucarachas, mal olor, no funciona tv, no tiene internet, los baños pésimas condiciones, en tres ocasiones no cambiaron la habitación y entre los cambios olvidé mi reloj y no se hicieron responsables (que lastima) el costo demasiado caro para lo que es, no es merecedor de ninguna estrella. No se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo."

"The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. "
