"We stayed in a king suite room and it was wonderful! The staff are very attentive and kind. One of the waitstaff at breakfast, Annisa, was very sweet and kind to my family! She always asked if we needed anything and brought out special dish not on the menu. We will be back for sure! Thank you for everything! Our stay was beyond wonderful. "
"Loved our stay! We booked into a club room and took advantage of the free airport meet and greet and Silver bird car to the hotel.
Our room was spacious and lovely.
We took full advantage of the club lounge for evening drinks, and like dinner.
Breakfast, we ate in the main dining room on the ground floor. An amazing array of totally delicious food."
"Hotel is good for Kelapa Gading area we have stayed in Wizz, Harris and Cabin Hotels and El hotel is best value for money. Plus nice large foyer/ entrance area with a separate bar. Room are a bit dated and poorly lighting ours had a bath and hand held shower, i would of preferred a walk in shower."
