"Great location and very clean room. The bed and pillows were comfortable, Only downside was no glassware in the room for tea or coffee. Convenient café right next to the entrance."
"My reservation through expedia includes free breakfast. But they refused to give me because they don't have it in their system.
I even showed the confirmation email, but they said I have to contact expedia. Not a good customer service."
"Excellent location, right on Haeundae Beach. Hotel is beautiful and the staff does a great job catering to the needs of its guests. The pools are of varying temperatures (wade pool, lap pool soaking pool, and outdoor pool) and the locker rooms are well stocked and attended to regularly by staff.
We loved having the use of the free self-service laundry (detergent not provided) and lending library, which was a unique feature compared against other hotels.
Breakfast at Aria was of good variety and freshness too.
The ONLY gripe we had was that there were only 3 elevators to service all of the floors, so it took seemingly forever to travel to our floor/lobby/etc.
We are excited to come back with our kids!"
"The hotel has superb views. Our room was on the 24th floor with panoramic view of the city, ships in the harbour and skyscrapers. There is a cafe on the 28th floor. The hotel has a gym, sauna and laundry room. It is well located to nearby Lotte Mall, a shopping district, fish market and waterside walking paths. "
"The only perks for this place was its proximity to the beach. The room was dingy, smelled funky, and the air conditioner stopped working at a certain time and blows hot air instead. "
