"We booked the Villa Pool and it was very comfortable for our week stay. Bed super comfy - 9/10. Breakfast was all-out excellent! Staff were amazing -particular shout out to Yob who was informative and patient in driving us up to the Villa almost every day. We loved our stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at BlueSotel SMART Krabi Aonang Beach Adults Only and would definitely return. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a stylish design and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The adults-only concept makes the atmosphere especially quiet and peaceful. The rooftop pool is a highlight, with beautiful views and a great place to relax after a day out. Breakfast was good and varied, and the overall facilities are excellent for the price level. Location is perfect only a short walk to Aonang Beach, restaurants, shops, and the main street, yet still calm and not noisy. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Highly recommended for couples looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Krabi."

"Really enjoyed the pool (amazing view and not crowded), the look and feel of the room, the free instant coffee and water, the staff and the location. There is some ambient noise from the hotel restaurant, especially in the bathroom (which is very expensive and lacks a bar), the outside, and other rooms, but the hum faded into white noise for me and was not an issue. Bed had 4 comfy pillows, shower was not great - bad water pressure, temp swings (which they are looking into), and a faulty overhead fixture (which i forgot to report), laundry service was prompt and convenient, but clothes didn't feel clean and had an unpleasantly heavy scent of detergent. Overall, felt quite luxurious for the price and would happily return. "

"the location is very good, close to the Ao Nang beach, restaurants and shopping. The room was a little old and need to be renewed specially the bathroom. However, it was comfortable and the bed very good and there was no noisy."

"To say I’m very disappointed in this hotel would be an understatement. We arrived at 7pm and entered our room that was supposed to have a cliff view but it was behind buildings with garbage and towers in the way. The room also smelt like mold and mildew, we complained to the front desk and they sent someone up to check, in which he only sprayed air freshener!! After we returned at 10pm to see if we can switch rooms, we waited over an hour to get a proper response from reception and eventually moved to a different room with a pool view. This room also smelt like mold, the toilet and shower are also detached small spaces and not what we expected. The housekeeping also comes at different times throughout the days so very inconsistent, we wanted to rest during the late afternoon and they had to clean our room as we were there. Housekeeping don’t replace the cups, towels, hand wash soap and didn’t take out the garbage. The plumbing is very poor as well, engineers came to fix the temperature as it only stayed boiling hot, the sink drain also got locked into the socket and an engineer also had to come and repair the sink. I cannot believe how awful this hotel is, this was a 2 star motel experience (at best) and I do not recommend wasting your money here."
