Chateau on the Park - Christchurch, a DoubleTree by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was beautiful, and the entire property was visually pleasing and well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I had broken my ankle and they arranged for a shower chair and special parking to accommodate my limitations."
"Our room was spacious and generally nicely appointed; however, it lacked storage space. No dresser, shelves or drawers in the bathroom. This meant that we heaped piles of clothes on the two chairs meant for casual seating.
Otherwise, the hotel was great! Friendly and helpful staff, solid breakfast, luggage storage, and good dinner options on the nights we didn’t feel like going out in search of food. The hotel is also EXTREMELY well located in the CBD, which is very walkable. We would stay here again if in Christchurch."
