"Rooms were very clean the maid staff that cleaned our rooms were outstanding!!! Only had one rude experience with Eloise at the front desk 😒 Anabel was extremely helpful and polite so was Andre thanks to them,,I would look for them for questions during my stay, Eloise could use some customer service!!!! "We have been going to Vilamoura for years & stayed in some lovely hotels but since staying at the Domes Lakes we look no further.Its a great location near to the marina.The staff are wonderful & always on hand to make sure eveything is perfect.The rooms & the food is of a high standard with so much variety.The outside area is beautiful so many different areas to relax in or have a nice walk round the lake.Thank you once again for our wonderful stay & cant wait to return next year."
"Friendly reception staff, we arrived before check in time, our rooms were ready so we were able to go straight to them which was great after an early start. The view over the marina was stunning. The breakfast experience was lovely - good choice, eating outside in the sun with the view over the marina/sea, and pianist playing. We were given a flower each on our departure day, a nice touch. The only disappointments were that my daughter was unable to borrow an iron, which was bizarre- often there is one provided in every room, or at least one is available on request - and that the water in the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi was quite cold. The sauna however was lovely. The bedding was good quality as were the blackout curtains, making for a good night's sleep. "
"All lovely - winding down for the end of season. Needs a bit of TLC - hair dryers quite old and overheat quickly so you need patience!
