"The apartment was clean, modern, had in room laundry and very quiet. It served our needs perfectly. We had a family event in Astana and this was close by, so ideal.
Check in leaves some room for improvement. We found no visual reference to the hotel name on the outside of the building, which was a little confusing at 2:30am. You need to take one elevator, past a security door to floor 6 then locate the desk. Pay a modest security deposit then take a second elevator to the floor.
There are handy C-stores in the building and coffee shops right there for a quick breakfast.
So one you are checked in it was plain sailing."
