"terrible experience - had to stay here after a long drive from Atlanta to pick up my daughter and friends who were spending their spring break week in Seaside. I arrived to the hotel at 6:30 pm after my drive and tu my surprise they did not have my room, reason they mentioned was that they had some issues with their cleaning staff so they were only able to give me my room until almost 8 pm. Room still have the wet floors and honestly not well cleaned specially the bathroom. This is honestly a truly terrible hotel - i strongly recommend travelers to stay away from this very bad place."
"Watch out for the misleading pictures of beautiful chairs and umbrellas by the beach right in front of the hotel. They are not free for resort guests . It’s paid by the day 2 chairs and 1 umbrellas cost $50! Breakfast might also not be included if booked with Expedia. Housekeeping only switch towels , they don’t clean the floors on a daily basis. Not my best experience with cleanliness."
