"The staff was really helpful and kind. The room ac was t working at all tne room was very very warm. They can improve on the beds slightly hard making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The room service team was really good provided fresh towels etc. There was no toiletries provided and can do with a kettle in room for tea/coffee. Overall stay 6.5/10"
"The hotel is in a great location, the beds are the best I had in any hotel, the decor was nice other than the painting in the room lol we had great food in every restaurant but the best desserts and ice cream at the Aires de Patagonia"

"The Superior Double room was very spacious and very clean. Staff were amazing and very helpful.
There is parking but we did not use this as the hotel location is right on the main promenade and easy walking to the marina, beach and main town, with the Ramblas Road in east reach. Various squares with restaurants also in walking distance.
Breakfast at the hotel was the only area where not excellent but it is sufficient with continental breakfast and a hot breakfast combo.
