"Stayed on a business trip recently for a week, and loved every aspect of it. Three things stood out for me:
* the oasis-like atmosphere bang in the middle of Bangalore,
* the highly welcoming, friendly, attentive, and service-minded staff,
* the very yummy breakfast spread!
The property itself is old, but if you like old-world charm - teak wood furniture and the like - then you’ll enjoy this place. It is an understated luxury that you experience here, and the staff makes you feel like you’re home."
"Excellent stay; excellent staff; the food can definitely use some work. The dinner service closes at 10:45 pm and I was there at 10:00; the food was lukewarm warm at best and not replenished and lacked flavor. The breakfast spread was good and delicious though."
