Geneva Hostel
8/10 Good
"Overall ok, nothing special. Lockers were outside of your room. Showers shut-off after 30 seconds, requiring you to keep hitting a button. No soap dispenser as well. Also towel are extra. Breakfast was average, but expensive. Not a social hostle at all."
"the staff was friendly and helpful. They gave directions and suggestions throughout our stay. The property is walking distance to the Botanical Gardens and UN, and only one or two bus / trams away from all sites we visited including CERN and the old town / St. Pierre Cathedral."
"Small rooms and bathroom. Even though it was just 2 blocks in from the main street leading to the train station it was a little nerve wracking to walk. Full of small bars and restaurants of Lebanese and African decent. Great food no doubt but gathering places for large groups. Very noisy! Until very late!"
"The breakfast was good, staff were very helpful and courteous. The little kitchen had a espresso machine, toaster and microwave, it was really handful. One thing that was very poor was that my room had no AC and I asked to turn it on and they said, they don’t really put on in April. It was extremely warm that all my chocolate melted. That part were hard because I couldn’t have a good night of sleeping."
