"This hotel is deteriorating- once by far the best in Kingston, it is now looking tired and many of the staff are now offering much poorer service than they used to. Breakfast has deteriorated with very slow service and borderline rudeness. A sharp improvement is needed or I will have to find an alternative hotel for my regular stats in Kingston. "
