8/10 Good
"The pools, common areas, and amenities were great. The hallways were a little rundown, also our room had a damp smell. But the room size and kitchen was spacey."
Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark by IHG
4/10 Poor
"Waterpark for a 6 year old was not operating but was charged resort fees. We took my grandson for his Birthday so not being able to use waterpark was very disappointing. Our room was not cleaned in the 3 days that we were there."
"I recently stayed at the Sheraton Vistana and had mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and very convenient for getting around Orlando, especially if you have a rental car.
However, my vacation ended on a very sour note due to their pricing transparency. When I booked this hotel, there was no clear mention of an extra parking fee. Upon checkout, I was shocked to find out they charge $31.50 per night (base fee plus tax) just to park a car on the property. I ended up paying an extra $191.70"
"Our family enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin. After we checked in, one of our rooms smelled awful…like mildew or feet. The front desk immediately moved us to a fresh smelling room.
The beds were comfortable and they offered 2 pillows…2 firm and 2 more feather-like/soft.
There was plenty of room to store our luggage, and there was a mini fridge. We used a microwave by the ice machine to heat leftovers.
The pools and entertainment offered outside were top notch.
The biggest issue we had was parking. We self-parked our van. Two out of five nights we had to park at the Swan self-park and trek to our hotel.
The quick restaurant, Fuel, was great! We walked in to a line almost out the door, but we decided to wait. Good thing we did because our orders were filled quickly, and the food was tasty. Room service also had tasty burgers and salads.
We liked the convenience of getting to the Disney parks via Friendship boats or the buses.
Overall, it was a nice stay, and we would stay here again."
