"The refrigerator in the rooms don’t work. This was confirmed by the maintenance workers. He told us and other guests that the refrigerators are not ventilated properly. The front desk takes responsibility for nothing. We would ask for directions and they sent us the wrong way every single time. At one time they turned what should have been a 10 minute walk into a 70 minute walk. The T.V. Remote went missing in my room. When I asked for another remote, I was told that was not their problem.
The staff was of no help in any way."
"Excellent Centre City Location. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff in arranging rides to airport and local directions. Spacious rooms as opposed to our cramped Edinburgh hotel with table , two chairs and king size bed."

"Perfect location for night before travel. Not a good place if staying any longer. The restaurants and bar don’t take cash. An error on our dining bill resulted in us being overcharged nine pounds which is not easily or immediately reversed/corrected. Will see in a few days if the money is restored to our card or not. Seemed to be a complicated process for them to correct the error which does not inspire confidence.
FYI - If you are a traveller who prefers cash for any reason you can walk over to the airport. Several shops and restaurants outside security open 24/7 that take cash for half the price. We wish we had strolled over before ordering two sandwiches (for the price of three) at the hotel.
