"The hotel is well appointed and we booked a club access room. The service in the club rooms was below par. We waited an hour for our room, ie after check in time. Then no wine glasses in the club, when arrived where warm, clearly under staffed then at breakfast we had to commandeer a staff member to take our order for coffee to turn up 25 minutes later."
"There isn’t a negative aspect about anything to do with our stay at the park royal hotel darling Harbour and we shall be returning there in the near future, the location is great as an added bonus, Great job guys , keep it up and we will see you all again in the future

"The hotel and staff were wonderful. Very close to shops and transport. Wasn't impressed with what was available from room service. Breakfast was very expensive but plenty of nice coffee shops close by"
