"The Swissotel still is a reference in Izmir. The location is unbeatable, lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are spacious, elegant and squeaky clean. Beds are very comfortable."
"Stayed for 2 nights. It was easy access to most places around the town. I liked the shopping mall next to the hotel.
I didn’t like the quality of the food."
"The bed had no top sheet, just a really thin blanket. The bottom sheet had a burn hole in it. There was no maid service even though we were there 3 nights. The vessel sink was so huge there was no room for toiletries. The shower wasn’t consistent in temperature. The room was very small. The alley where it was located was not lit well at night and smelled bad.
Staff was very pleasant. The room was clean. "

The famous bazaar was 8 min away to the left of the property and there's a metro station nearby as well.
To the right u just walk 3 min to the nearest tram that can take u to Alsancak or u can walk for max 7 min to arrive to a very nice college style neighborhood.
It reminded me of New York honestly.
Room was extra clean and facilities are great.
The receptionists were more than perfect and helpful and polite gentlemen.
All in all perfect hotel.
