"Estoy embarazada, llegue de un vuelo internacional usualmente siempre me hospedo en este hotel porque debo hacer escala, pero al llegar a hacer el check in habian dos buses de pasajeros de avianca que debian ubicar en el hotel y nadie pregunto si habian personas con reserva yo le pregunte a un funcionario del hotel y me dijo que debia esperar, nadie me quizo ayudar inclusive intente llamar escribir por whatsapp no es justo cuando yo tenía reserva y los demas los debian re ubicar, casi $100 usd en una reserva de una noche, para este trato y poca empatia para mujeres embarazadas, fue decepcionante"
"Punctual airport shuttle operates every half hour. Hotel staff is at arrivals Gate 1 to greet you. Room is very clean, but small. Breakfast starts at 5am and is very comprehensive and is free.
