"We arrived really early in the morning, obviously they said that the room wasnt ready, and thats ok. We went for a walk to wait for the room and we went back when it was time for check in. I supposed they had their time to clean out the room, but the bed was really dirty, it was full of dirt."
"Really great property. Very secure and safe. You can’t enter the hotel per se without going through 2 levels of security. The hotel is in a walkable area to a lot of places of interest in Santiago. The room was clean and comfortable. The heating unit in the room made the room very cosy. Staff (all the males working the front desk and security desk) were supportive, super helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was very basic; but it’s free; appreciate that."
