"The hotel is in a lovely area and has a great rooftop restaurant. Unfortunately though, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I paid for 2x Seine views rooms. Our actual view was internal courtyard / another and the city, no view of the Seine (certainly nothing like it was advertised). When I spoke to the hotel about this, they initially apologised and said they would look into. Since then, they have ignored my communications. I’ve sent several without response."
"The hotel was never without laundry bags in the narrow halls, the room stank, especially after I used the shower like mold/mildew. The front desk worker was neither welcoming nor friendly."
