"Once again booked at Crowne Plaza and their is renovation works underway. No advance warning again. On this occasion the lifts were under service/renovation. 20 minutes waiting on lifts that were full from the floors above. I dont know what has happened to the restaurant but the meals are getting worse and this one was the worst ever experienced. The steak meal was cold, undercooked and had a skin on it from the hot plate, the other was a burger, totally inedible and certainly not worth £19. The options for eating around the Hydro is limited and this was a better appeal for the Plaza, but will certainly think twice about booking for future visits. Cannot fault the reception or service staff."
