"The hotel is in an excellent location, has charming staff and a fantastic breakfast. Very convenient to the tram, Leidseplein, and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. We loved our stay here"

Very central location. Inside the hotel was nice and staff was outstanding. Outside the property / the side walks are pretty dirty and the area is very busy. Felt safe though.
While waiting for our car service outside, the front desk staff kept coming out and checking in with us. She was so nice."
"Great hotel in an excellent location. Staff very helpful and the best fresh cooked breakfast we’ve eaten. We were even surprised to find a cake in our room as a gesture of goodwill to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
Unfortunately our room wasn’t clean to the standards you would expect for a hotel of this calibre. Some days we were not sure if the cleaner had even been in to clean the room.
Other than that we were very pleased with our stay."
"This property is in the heart of Amsterdam and close to everything. The hotel is quite nice and we chose the small room overlooking the canals. Beautiful view of the sunset! The room was very clean with wood floors. Previous reviews noted the rooms were very small and that’s true it was compact but everything one would need is there and honestly I really liked it! The staff were warm and helpful and assisted us in getting a taxi back to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!"
"The property is very nice and in a great location! Check in was a nightmare!! Extremely slow and do not even think you would be able to check in early!! Our room was not ready so she said she would text us to let us know when the room was ready! Never received any type of notice! We were sitting in the lobby and noticed other people checking in and going to their rooms. We asked again if our room was ready. It was now well after check in time! With no apologies she handed us the key card. So nice property, no customer service or helpful staff! Would suggest to find another great location with a little customer service!"
