"Lovely staff, but experience spoiled by the fact it feels like you have to pay extra for everything e.g. entrance to spa, water in the room, breakfast. We never managed to get the WiFi in the room sorted - I wonder if it’s linked to the push to sign up for Hilton Honors?"
"This is a great hotel, in a great location - but! The room I was in (premium room with terrace), was not sound proofed. All through the night and into the early hours, you could hear street traffic and tourists. You could even hear every footstep in the room above and the staff hoovering in the corridors at 1:30am. Unfortunately I book hotel rooms for their quality and comfort for sleeping. Because of the constant noise I can't recommend staying. However if you can get through the constant noise, the buffet breakfast and staff are very good/helpful."
"Really well located hotel and not charging stupid prices. Staff were great, room was comfortable and quiet, especially for such a central location. Breakfast was of a decent standard too. This isn’t the smartest hotel in Turin and nor is it the cheapest, but it must be amongst the best value for money."
"My room was charming, with flowered wallpaper, a four-poster bed, and a chaise longue. I appreciated not having to insert a card to control the lights. The lobby, bar, garden, and breakfast room were all beautiful. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, and the croissants were excellent. The location was very convenient, just a couple of blocks from the nearest Metro station and a couple of blocks farther to the Duomo. The hotel is on a small, quiet side street. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I did not use the spa facilities. I recommend this hotel with enthusiasm!"
