Wow!!! A+. It's a perfect fit for the lovely city. This bed & breakfast offered a massive sized room to include a kitchen, 2 levels, 2 air units, classy operating french-style casement windows and a large bathroom area. We were immediately greeted upon arrival with a tour through the home. Just lovely. We received a quick check-in along with advice on site locations for which to visit. We stayed here for 6 nights. The facilities were lovely, massive comfy bed, good working air con, lovely shower with 3 head settings and a great Jacuzzi bath! Would 100% recommend was in the perfect area, close enough to all the great food spots and felt very safe and comfortable. Our host was lovely, good contact and great recommendations!
Finding Abatellis was an adventure for us. It is located on a side street near the waterfront. When finding 3 Alloro, there is nothing to identify the multi story building except for the number, 2 brown metal doors, and a call box for residents. But when you "ring" for Abatellis, the experience changes radically. Once you identify yourself, you will be told someone will meet you shortly. Before you can count to 10, a smiling member of the staff will greet you as a revered family member. ...
Owner was very helpful, from transportation to providing detailed information on key places to visit in the area, with directions/map on how to get to them. Walking distance to wonderful shopping, dining, bars, local markets, historical sites and more. Highly recommend.
Staff was veery helpful. My room was very comfortable (single room with a double bed plus AC and private bath). Breakfast was included and was very nice. The location is close to everything in Palermo (the train station, the markets, the waterfront, the architectural attractions). The hotel is old but they do a nice job keeping it clean and safe. I enjoyed calling it home for 4 days.

The location was great. We took the airport bus to one of the main plazas I walked to our hotel about five minutes away. You have to go through a small entry and asked the man parking the cars for entry to the elevator of the hotel. It is located in the courtyard just off the main street it is very clean and must have just been remodeled. The owner is very knowledgeable and will try to save you money on your tourist desires. This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. We originally booked a room without window due to overlooking the descriptions of the room, and we didn’t feel well after the first night of staying. The manager tried his best rearranging room...
