"When we arrived we were given an upgrade to a beach view room but there was a catch… there’s no water. They stated it has something to do with the City. We took a chance and stayed there and see the outcome. They were drilling and trying to fix the water until midnight or even later. Woke up the next day with water but no hot water. Had to wait for it for a long time. The pictures on the site is way different from the actual room. The amenities are older. Everytime you open the fridge it makes a squeeky noise that will wake my husband up. "
"Geto!!! People partied all night above us, threw things off their balcony, which landed on our patio. People standing all around the property smoking drugs.
The sofa in our room was disgusting and had large rips in the fabric, the inside of the couch bed was so nasty ,it had mildew on it. I would not let our kids sleep on it

"Loved the fact that the patio to our room walked right onto the beach!! The room was okay, atleast it was clean and had the wonderful beach access.
I did NOT like the fact that they do not have an elevator and we had two flights of stairs to get to our room. The staff was great and very helpful. I would recommend as long as you don't mind stairs! "
"The hot tub didn’t even work when we were there. Got a room with a kitchen- there were no utensils for the kitten for us to use. Our key card kept not working even though it was never touching a phone and sat in my wallet the entire time, this happened 3 times. Our toilet stopped working and they staffs only form of “helping” was “come get a plunger” for the money you pay you’d expect a better experience."
"My refrigerator was messed up unplugged but as soon as I bring it to their attention I had a new one.... The staff is super friendly and helpful. The pool was super clean!!! Definitely would go back."
