"Appartement très bien sauf que ca donne sur un bar-restaurant avec terrasse. Beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à 1h du matin. Sinon appartement et petit-déjeuner très bien."

8/10 Good
"Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Very close to the train station and points of interest in Rennes. Unfortunately, in an area where nightlife goes on till the wee hours making it difficult to sleep."
"Breakfast was awesome. The rooms are comfortable for business travel, not great for tourism. The location of the hotel is convenient for the train station, but didn't love the parking arrangement. Overall, good for business travel, but there could be better offerings if going for tourism... did I mention that the breakfast was awesome!"
"The location is very good, with many restaurants nearby and a supermarket within about a 10-minute walk. The apartment is convenient for exploring the area.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The shower drainage was quite slow, causing water to accumulate during use, and the shower pressure was weaker than expected. We stayed on the second floor and experienced noticeable noise from the street and surrounding area late into the night, sometimes until around 2:00 a.m. The lighting throughout the apartment was also quite dim, especially in the evening.
Overall, the apartment is in a convenient neighborhood, but guests who are sensitive to noise or prefer brighter lighting may wish to consider these points before booking."
"We had a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean and bed was decently comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was the highlight of our day and worth every cent! We would highly recommend this hotel."
"As a solo traveller I object to be given such a tiny room. I had a narrow single bed in a cramped room with two steps to a very small and difficult bathroom and a tiny shower. The outlook was to a dark back gully."
