"It wasn’t terrible, it just was a hotel, the entire communal area was hot and humid, and even our room was humid the whole weekend, faucets were mislabeled
Breakfast is served until 11 but they’ll run out of items before 9, and if there’s no buffet there’s only one waiter in the resultant and we waited over 30 mins just to be greeted"
"Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel if you want to sleep at night. Our room was right next to the elevator, and we could hear every elevator movement all night long. The air conditioner kept turning on and off every 10-15 minutes and sounded like an airplane engine the entire time it was running. You could also clearly hear voices from the hallway, as if the room door was open.
The hotel overall feels old and outdated. Bed is not comfortable. But clean.There was also only one person handling both check-in and the bar at night, which caused delays and poor service. Very disappointing experience.
But the location is great."
