"Staff were attentive and very knowledgeable, giving great recommendations. We received a WhatsApp message prior to our arrival which proved to be very useful as it guided us to the hotel and the best place to park.
The room was spacious and welcoming, and the bed was very comfortable.
The location was superb, situated in a lovely area, very close to many sights and restaurants. The style of the hotel felt very boutique and individual.

"Wonderful boutique hotel stay in the heart of real Sicilian life. A bit eclectic (in a good way) Staff was beyond great, going out of their way to surpass all of our expectations. The breakfast was truly unbelievable and they even accommodated us a bit early one morning. I highly recommend! "
"Excellent hotel close to the city centre with its pedestrianised area and attractions. Traditional and comfortable. Cosy but freshly decorated room. Hospitality tray. Comfortable communal areas. Excellent breakfast. Staff could not do too much for you. Bus from airport stopped about 150m away, so easy to access. Would thoroughly recommend."

Room and bathroom were spotless and pleasant, newly and beautifully decorated.
Bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet.

"This is a lovely place to stay in Palermo. It is a great location, very close to the food markets and the key sites.
We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available.
The family suite with 2 bedrooms is perfect for travelling with children.
