"What an absolutely fabulous hotel - comfortable, clean, well located - all things we can research and plan for when picking a hotel, but the staff here just make the place, they help make the hotel feel special and all the bars and restaurants have a buzz … no cold sterile atmosphere but a charm, an inviting menu that makes you want to linger.
