"Ideally located, clean, and nice enough rooms. Good showers with nice products. Rooftop pool was the decider for us going here - it’s small but kids had fun in it and adults enjoy lounging around it. Breakfast (booked at the hotel, not via hotels.com) was actually very good."
"Amazing stay at Hotel Las Arenas Balneario Resort! Beautiful hotel, great atmosphere, and outstanding service throughout. The staff were especially incredible — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They really made the experience special. Highly recommended!"
"The staff were very helpful and were eager to provide great service. The breakfast was varied and very good. Shout out to the coffee barista. Room and bed were very comfortable."
"Very conveniently located in a quiet area and within easy walking distance to the green belt and the the ‘old town’ area, Russafa, the modern arts and sciences museum area, etc. The room was quite comfortable with a small balcony, the kitchen was pretty well equipped - notably with a little packet that included cleaning supplies and little bottles of olive oil that my husband the cook very much appreciated! Staff was super friendly and helpful, both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!"
"I wouldn't pay more than 150 bucks a night here. The hotel is clearly lacking maintenance in the rooms. The walls were dirty and the bathtub was clogged when we arrived.
The staff was terrible. It took them 2 hours to get to my room an iron and my bathtub unclogged.
Honestly this is a skip. This and a sad experience because other ilunions we had stayed elsewhere were good."
