"The apartment was clean except for some spots on the wall and one side of the bedroom looked like it was vacuumed really quick. Outside of this, the room was perfect and we didn’t complain as it was due for a cleaning. The staff was all friendly and polite. Helped with suggestions and provided detailed instructions. They were also very accommodating as we arrived way before our check-in time and they were able to get us a room. Laundry appliances are in the apartment and easy to use. We did not use the balcony as it was too high up for our liking. But it was clean and has a table and chairs available. We had the city view and was happy with it. Close to shops, restaurants, transport. Highly recommend. Easy to get around. "

Despite the gold status bottle of wine we were supposed to be offered, we had to ask 3 times to actually receive it. "
