"No animation. No evening shows. Pools not heated in April. Nothing to do really. All inclusive package isn’t really all inclusive (as you have to pay for most drinks and food). Pretty simple food (tagine for lunch and dinner). "
"There’s no doubt this is a stunning property. We stayed in a delux villa which was also beautifully furnished. Being Relais & Chateâux we expected service to be of very high standard which it certainly was not. There’s clearly a lack of leadership and proper training."

"Staff were exceptional - warm, sincere, and very hard working. Nothing was ever to much trouble.
Food is by and large very good - cooked fresh to order so can take a tiny bit longer than you might normally expect in a 5 star hotel. But, well worth especially the fish courses. "
